Please call to book your appointment. We require a major credit card on file, including gift certificates. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to get settled. All treatments will begin and end as scheduled.
Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a charge in full, except for COVID 19 related issues. No shows will also incur a charge in full. No shows for gift certificate appointments shall be considered redeemed in full.
Cash and major credit cards accepted. Sorry, no checks. Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. Cash gratuities preferred.For outstanding service, 20% is customary.
Metered street parking is availbale in front of the spa and a large municipal parking lot in the rear. On Sundays, parking is free!

Please leave your valuables at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Help us maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests -- kindly turn off your cell phone and use your 'spa voice'.
We value your health and safety. In addition to new, intensified sanitation protocols, we upgraded our heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system with a new, hospital-grade unit, featuring a state-of-the-art sanitizing device. It effectively destroys all microbes in the air and on surfaces, including COVID-19. Happily, the system mimics nature’s air cleaning process and is harmless to us and the environment.
Furthermore, all of our treatment rooms are outfitted with stand-alone HEPA air purifiers, which further filter and move the air.
For your part, we ask of you the following:
Wear a face mask during your stay with us.
Answer our pre-screening questions 24 hours prior to your appointment, and again immediately before your treatment.
Please call ahead and ask us all your questions. And, keep conversations to a minimum inside the spa. Less talk = less spread.
