Reservations – Please reserve appointments in advance. We require a major credit card on file for all appointments, including for gift certificates. Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment, so you have time to get settled.

Cancellations – Please call at least 24 hours prior to changes or cancellations to avoid incurring a service charge in full. No shows are also charged in full. All treatments will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest.

Payments – Cash and major credit cards accepted. Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. We accept cash gratuities only. For outstanding service, 20% is customary.

Parking – Municipal parking is located at the rear of the spa. Meter parking is also available.

Personal Property – We recommend that all valuables be left at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your valuables, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Atmosphere – Help us maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests -- please use your ‘spa voice’. And kindly turn off your cell phone.
