Reservations – Please reserve appointments in advance. We require a major credit card on file. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you have time to get settled.

Cancellations – Changes or cancellations made fewer than 24 hours prior incur a 50% service charge. No shows are charged in full. All treatments will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest.

Payments – Cash and major credit cards.

Tax and Gratuities – Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. We accept cash gratuities only. For outstanding service, 20% is customary.

Parking – Municipal meter parking is located at the rear of the spa. Meter street parking also available.

Personal Property – While we aim to ensure the safety of your valuables, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Atmosphere – Please help us maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests. Kindly turn off your cell phone during your visit.
